About Our Ambassadors Staff

Our formula is simple. We select qualified individuals with a caring heart, and encourage a nurturing attitude while requiring professionalism. Listed below are the requirements to become an Ambassador.

  • Typically CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) or HHAs (Home Health Aides), all are well-experienced and trained caregivers.
  • Certifications are verified and must be in good standing.
  • Our Caregivers must maintain current TB testing and screening.
  • Multiple references are required and verified prior to selection as an Ambassador.
  • Criminal background checks are performed for our clients' protection.
  • Continuing education programs in safety and dementia are required.
  • We encourage a strict code of conduct with professionalism.
