At Ambassadors, we feel there are certain inalienable rights that all individuals have with respect to their care. Seniors are certainly no exception. In fact, senior citizens have especially earned the rights as relevant members of society. As Ambassadors, we see ourselves as advocates and protectors of those rights.

4. Seniors have the right to care by qualified personnel.

5. Seniors have the right to personalized care, whether in the home or a facility.

6. Seniors have the right to compassionate care and companionship.

7. Seniors have the right to care by carefully screened personnel who have their best interests in mind.

8. Seniors have the right to reliable service, especially when living alone in the home environment.

9. Seniors have the right to voice their opinions and complaints and for those voices to be heard.

10. Seniors have the right to privacy of their personal and medical information.
